SHIPPING & RETURNS 

Valid on all orders above 699kr, otherwise it is 79kr for standard delivery (Incl. Free Return). Your package will arrive in 3-7 business days at your pick up location or in the comfort of your home. All Order will be dispatch with Bring/Posten and are traceable.

Please note to qualify for a return:

• A return shipping fee of 79kr will apply on return orders, if order sum is below 699kr. 
• These return shipping fee is deducted from the refund amount.
  
• Shipping fee is non-refundable.
• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or tear.
• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included).

Please note that a return shipping fee of 20€ is charged for returns shipped from the EU and 25€ for all other countries. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

All below items are non-returnable:

• Engraved or Made to Order items.
• Gift cards.

- Prices are shown in NOK, USD, EUR, SEK, DKK.

- All prices include 25% VAT.

- Prices do not include delivery charges. 

- If the customer does not pick up the package and it incurred costs as a result of this, the customer is liable for the additional costs.

- Customers will be charged on all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment. This includes shipping costs, additional payments, charges, taxes, and fees for pre-payments.

- The amount for your order will not be charged until your order is shipped from Èvestore.com.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. Then you will be informed by email.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 workdays from the time you place your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Shipping charges will be added to your order according to your choice during checkout. 

Orders will be delivered within 2-3 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by email as quickly as possible and latest 30 days after the order was placed.

Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods, public holidays and severe weather conditions. Please notice that we are unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses.
