We provide two shipping options for your convenience. You can go for Standard Shipping, which typically takes 3-7 business days, or Express Home Delivery that takes between 1-3 business days.
Whichever you choose, rest assured your package is trackable and will be delivered by our reliable carrier Bring/Posten.
For all orders, our Standard Shipping fee is set at 79kr, which also covers complimentary returns.
However, we're pleased to offer free* shipping for all orders over 699kr.
*Please note, if you need to return an order that initially qualified for free shipping but drops below the 699kr threshold after return, a return shipping fee of 79kr will apply.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email containing the tracking information with a direct link to Posten.no. You can use these details to monitor the status and progress of your delivery.
We're unable to modify the order or the delivery address once your parcel has been dispatched.
However, if your order hasn't been sent out yet, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as you can (within 24h) for assistance with cancelling or amending your order.
Returning an item is a simple process:
Submit an online return request via your account at evestore.com.
Await approval and instructions for printing your complimentary return label.
Pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and additional packaging are included.
Drop off the parcel at any Posten office or in-store drop-off point, and remember to obtain proof of dispatch.
Retain your proof of dispatch until your refund has been successfully processed by us.
To register a return, please first visit account.evestore.com. If you already have an account, sign in. If you didn't create an account during your purchase, you can enter the email address you used for your order and follow the prompts to log in.
Once you're logged in, select the order you wish to return and submit a return request. Our team will review your request, and if all is in order, you'll receive an email with instructions to generate your return shipping label.
We apologize if there's an issue with your order. Despite our best efforts to maintain quality control, mistakes can occasionally occur.
If you've received an item that's defective, the wrong size, or the wrong color, please get in touch with our customer service team. We'll provide a return label and work with you to resolve the error promptly.
Yes, you certainly can! You're welcome to return or exchange any item purchased online at our concept stores. Please note, however, if a refund is necessary, it will be processed through the online store and may take up to 3 working days to complete.
Definitely! If you're in Oslo and prefer to pick up your order at one of our stores, just select this option at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup, typically within 24 hours.
You're also welcome to drop off your returns at any of our stores at no extra cost. Please be aware that refunds are processed through the online store and can take up to 7 working days, depending on the payment method used at checkout.
Once you place an order, we'll send a confirmation email to the address you provided. If you don't receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with us at Customercare@evestore.com. We'll verify whether your order was successfully processed and confirm the email address used.
If you have an Ève account, log in to see your current orders where you'll find the order number. If you didn't create an account, it's not a problem! You can set one up anytime using the same email address you used for the order.
Keep in mind, every time an order is placed, we send a confirmation email (including the order number) to the email address used for the purchase. Do check all your email folders, including junk/spam, as it might have ended up there!

An International customer is responsible for the taxes and duties applicable. and should check those costs beforehand. Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to Èvestore.com. Keep in mind that this amount is dependent on your country. If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to us at Customercare@evestore.com before your order is dispatched.
Any additional fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of Ève. As we're based in Norway, banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" and charge additional international fees on their own. We recommend reaching out to your bank directly to provide more insights on this charge and if there is any way to reverse it on their end.
The VAT will be deducted for orders shipped outside Norway on checkout. International customers are obliged to pay local customs duties and other applicable taxes. Customs regulations vary from country to country, so be sure to contact your local customs office for further information.

We produce our jewelry in 14k yellow Gold, *Gold Vermeil, 925 silver & brass. We only use genuine semi precious stones in all our collections.

All products are under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover scratches, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications or normal wear and tear.

A little love goes a long way! When not wearing your jewellery, be sure to store it in a protected dry place. This helps prevent scratching and maintains colour for gold-plated & silver pieces.
