We want your EVE experience to feel thoughtful and seamless from start to finish — whether you’re shopping from Norway or abroad. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, returns, and exchanges.

Shipping within Norway

Orders within Norway are shipped with Bring/Posten. At checkout, you can choose between different delivery options depending on your preference.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, and you’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping options & prices (Norway):

– Standard delivery (pakke i postkasse): 79 NOK
This delivery option is sent directly to your mailbox and is not insured. We recommend choosing pickup point or home delivery for higher-value orders.

– Pickup point delivery: 129 NOK

– Express home delivery: 249 NOK

Free shipping applies to standard delivery (pakke i postkasse) on orders over 799 NOK.

We also offer free in-store pickup at EVE Concept Store, Markveien, Oslo.
Select “Pickup in store” at checkout, and you’ll be notified by email when your order is ready for collection, usually within 1 business day.

International shipping

International orders are shipped with FedEx door-to-door service.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times typically range from 3–10 business days depending on destination. All shipments are fully trackable, and tracking details are sent by email once the order has shipped.

Shipping rates (international):
For orders below 2,000 NOK:
– Europe & USA: 199 NOK
– Asia-Pacific (including Japan, Australia & New Zealand): 249 NOK

For orders over 2,000 NOK:
– Europe & USA: 149 NOK
– Asia-Pacific (including Japan, Australia & New Zealand): 199 NOK

All taxes, VAT, and import duties are prepaid. The price shown at checkout is final, with no additional charges upon delivery.

Returns & exchanges (Norway & international)

We hope you’ll love your EVE purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer:

– 14 days return period
– 30 days exchange period

The return and exchange period starts from the day your order is delivered or collected.
This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.

Return conditions

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, including tags, pouch, and box.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

If you return part of an order that originally qualified for free shipping and the final order value falls below the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

For international orders, if the final order value falls below 2,000 NOK after a return, the difference between the discounted and standard international shipping rate will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed accordingly.

In-store returns & exchanges

Returns can always be made free of charge in-store at EVE Concept Store, Markveien, Oslo.

Please note that online purchases cannot be exchanged in store.
If you return an online order in store, the original amount will be refunded to the payment method used online. You are then welcome to make a new purchase in store.

How to register a return or exchange

All returns and exchanges must be registered via our website before being sent back, so we know your return is on its way.

Visit account.evestore.com and log in using the same email address you used when placing your order.

If you didn’t create an account at checkout, simply enter your email address and follow the steps to access your order.

Once logged in, select the item(s) you wish to return and submit your return request by following the on-screen instructions.
After your request has been approved, you’ll receive further details by email.

Sale items

– Sale items discounted up to 50% can be returned within 14 days
– Outlet items discounted more than 50% are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded

Only regular-priced items and eligible sale items are accepted for return in accordance with this policy.

Order confirmation & delivery timeline

Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
– Norway: 3–7 business days
– International: 3–10 business days

Important information

– We do not ship on weekends or public holidays
– During peak periods, sales, or severe weather, delivery times may vary
– We are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses
– If a package is not collected and returned to us, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred
– EVE reserve the right to update or adjust our shipping and return policy when needed.
