We understand that returning an item can feel stressful, so we recommend taking a few precautions.
All returns are sent at the customer’s responsibility. This means the parcel remains your responsibility until it has been received and registered by us.
For this reason, we strongly recommend:
– Using a trackable shipping method
– Keeping your receipt and tracking number until your return has been processed
If a return parcel is lost in transit before reaching us, we’re unfortunately unable to take responsibility or issue a refund. If your package appears delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly using your tracking information.
Once your return has safely arrived and been approved, we’ll process your refund according to the original payment method.
