These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from evestore.com and to the use of our website. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.

The seller is Eve Oslo AS (organisation number 828 584 952), Leirfallsgata 6, 0550 Oslo, Norway (“EVE”, “we”, “us”).

All prices are shown at checkout in your local currency and include applicable VAT or taxes, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

For international orders, duties, VAT, and import taxes are prepaid (DDP). No additional charges will apply upon delivery.

Payment is processed securely at checkout via our payment providers, including card payment, Klarna, Vipps, and PayPal. Your payment information is handled directly by these providers and is not stored by EVE.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

A binding contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation confirming that the items have been dispatched. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you and refund any payment made for the unavailable item.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times depend on destination and shipping method and are shown at checkout.

If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.

Risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to you when you receive the order.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Items discounted by more than 50% are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and approve the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a product is defective or damaged, you have the right to make a complaint in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any warranties offered by EVE.

All content on evestore.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Eve Oslo AS and may not be used without prior written consent.

The website may only be used for lawful purposes and personal, non-commercial use.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where such limitation is not permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights.

EVE is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or transport disruptions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be handled by Norwegian courts. Consumers may also contact the Norwegian Consumer Council or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
