All products sold on evestore.com are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty in accordance with Norwegian and EU consumer protection laws. This warranty applies from the date of purchase and is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

Our products are created in close collaboration with trusted manufacturers, using carefully selected materials and considered techniques. If something isn’t as it should be, we’re here to help.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers defects related to:

– Manufacturing defects
– Material defects

If an item qualifies for a warranty claim, we will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

– Normal wear and tear, including scratches, bent rings, broken chains, worn clasps, or natural wear to leather and textile materials
– Damage caused by improper use, lack of care, or incorrect storage
– Accidental damage
– Repairs, adjustments, or alterations carried out by a third party
– Lost items

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim, please contact us at

Please include:
– Your order number
– A brief description of the issue
– Clear photos showing the item and the area of concern

We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Important Information

This warranty applies only to items purchased directly from evestore.com or EVE’s physical stores. Items purchased through third-party retailers are not covered under EVE’s warranty. In such cases, please contact the retailer where the item was purchased.

We strive to ensure that all product information, images, prices, and availability displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, errors may occur.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colors and materials may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions, photography, and individual screen settings.

If an item is unavailable after an order has been placed, you will be notified by email and receive a full refund for the affected item.
