Shipping policy

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from EVE.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

– Prices are shown in your local currency.

– For international orders, taxes, VAT, and import duties are prepaid.

– The total shown at checkout is final — no additional charges upon delivery.

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, any costs incurred as a result will be the customer’s responsibility.
