Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• Free shipping on orders over 799 NOK.

• Delivery within 3–10 business days with FedEx.
• All taxes and import duties are included. No additional charges on delivery.

We hope you love your EVE purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 14-day return and a 30-day exchange on all orders, both in Norway and internationally.

The return and exchange period starts from the day your order is delivered or collected.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you return part of an order that originally qualified for free shipping and the final order value falls below the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns can always be made free of charge at EVE Concept Store, Markveien.

All EVE products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing and material defects.

Our products are crafted in close collaboration with trusted manufacturers, using carefully selected materials and considered techniques. We believe in what we make — and we want you to feel confident using and wearing your EVE pieces.

The warranty covers defects related to:

• Manufacturing defects
• Material defects

If an item qualifies for a warranty claim, we will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the case.

The warranty does not cover:

• Lost items
• Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, bent rings, broken chains, damaged clasps, or natural wear to leather and textile materials)
• Damage caused by improper use, care, or storage
• Repairs, adjustments, or alterations made by a third party
