Each item is carefully crafted, responsibly sourced, and designed to stand the test of time — and we’re proud to support it with lasting care.

What’s Covered:

  • Defects in material or craftsmanship

What’s Not Covered:

  • Lost items
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratched surfaces, bent rings, broken chains or clasps)
  • Damage from improper use, handling, or storage
  • Alterations or repairs made by a third party outside of EVE
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item is eligible for a warranty claim, please email us at customercare@evestore.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and the area of concern

We’ll review your request and respond as soon as possible.

  • Items purchased through third-party vendors (outside of evestore.com or EVE’s physical stores) are not covered under EVE’s warranty.
  • If you purchased your item elsewhere, please contact that retailer directly for support.
