Domestic Shipping (Norway) – Free & Fast with BRING

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over 799 NOK.

For orders under that amount, a flat 79 NOK shipping fee applies — and includes a free return.

Your package will arrive within 3–7 business days, delivered to your selected pickup point or directly to your home via Bring/Posten. All orders are traceable.

Free In-Store Pickup

Prefer to pick up your order in person?
We offer free pickup at our concept store in Markveien, Oslo.
Just select “Pickup in Store” at checkout, and we’ll notify you by email as soon as your order is ready — usually within 1–2 business days.Feel free to stop by during opening hours and Say Hi!

Domestic Returns – Easy & Free

Changed your mind? No problem. We offer 30 days of free returns for all domestic orders.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition, with no signs of wear or damage
  • All original packaging (tags, box, pouch) must be included

If your order total drops below 799 NOK after the return, a return shipping fee of 79 NOK will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Shipping – Reliable & Fast with FedEx

We ship worldwide using FedEx Door-to-Door service.

  • Free shipping on orders over €150.
  • For smaller orders:
  • EU countries: €10–15
  • Rest of the world: €15–20

Delivery takes 3–7 business days, and all shipments are fully trackable.

Final shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

International Returns

We accept international returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping fees are €10 for EU and €15 for all other countries
  • This fee will be deducted from your refund

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
How to Make a Return (Domestic & International)

Returning an item is easy — just follow the steps below:

1. Choose How You Want to Return.
You can return your order in two simple ways:

  • Visit one of our EVE stores in Oslo for a free in-store return.
  • Drop off your parcel at any Posten (Norway) or FedEx (international) location using your prepaid return label.

2. Submit Your Return Online.
Go to account.evestore.com.

  • If you already have an account, sign in.
  • If you didn’t create one during your purchase, just enter the email address used for your order to access your details.

Please select the order you’d like to return and follow the steps to submit a return request.

3. Wait for Approval.
Our team will review your request. Once approved, you'll receive an email with instructions and a link to download your prepaid return shipping label.

4. Pack Your Return

Place the item in its original packaging, making sure all tags, pouches, and boxes are included.


Tip: Keep your proof of dispatch until your return has been fully processed.

  • Prices on Evestore.com are displayed in NOK, SEK, DKK, EUR & USD, and include 25% VAT
  • Shipping fees are added during checkout
  • If a package is not collected and returned to us, the customer is responsible for all costs incurred
  • Any additional fees, taxes, or return shipping costs related to international returns are the responsibility of the customer
  • Your card will not be charged until your order is shipped
Sale Items
  • Please note: Sale items up to 50% can be returned within 14 days.
  • Outlet items discounted more than 50% are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Only regular-priced and eligible sale items are accepted for return in accordance with our return policy.
Order Confirmation & Shipping Timeline

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Delivery typically takes:

  • Norway: 2–3 days from dispatch
  • International: 3–7 days via FedEx
